Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are protected inside a separate shipping container.
Ship It Back
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
